Job Summary
Were looking for a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner to join our team on a flexible, contract basis. In this role, you will focus purely on sourcing top-tier candidates for our clients in Saudi Arabia across tech, fintech, edtech, and other emerging sectors. You'll leverage your deep network, market knowledge, and sourcing tools to identify and engage high-caliber talent.
What will you be doing?
- Source tech/ non-tech candidates for niche and senior roles in Saudi startups and scaleups.
- Maintain and leverage a strong candidate network in Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
- Use advanced sourcing tools and subscriptions (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche job boards, etc.) effectively.
- Understand market compensation, hiring trends, and Saudi government initiatives impacting hiring.
- Provide insight on candidate pipelines, market availability, and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on role requirements and expectations.
You're a perfect match if you have
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or recruitment (Tech/ Not-tech).
- Deep understanding of the Saudi tech, fintech, and edtech ecosystem.
- Strong sourcing skills and access to professional subscriptions and networks.
- Knowledge of salary schemes, niche roles, and startup hiring practices.
- Familiarity with Saudi government hiring initiatives and regulations.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely.
- Flexible approach to shifting hiring priorities in dynamic startup environments.
Bonus / Optional (Nice to Have)
- Existing relationships with candidates or leaders in the Saudi market.
- Previous experience with embedded recruitment models or consultancy.
- Exposure to HR tech or SaaS products.
