Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Ambassador to join our team. The Front Desk Ambassador will be the first point of contact for our clients, customers, and visitors, playing a critical role in creating a great first impression.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and process clients, customers, and guests.
Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
Collaborate with Executive Administrators on a daily basis.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with executive deliveries.
Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong corporate interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organizational capabilities.
Competent in time management and problem-solving.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
12 years of experience in a similar role or other customer-facing positions.
Proficiency in using computers and office equipment.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
College degree preferred.
