Our client is an international tech consulting company with over 25 years of experience, offering solutions to support companies' business and digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate local deployment activities to ensure alignment with the global program schedule.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the central (Core) team and local stakeholders.
  • Represent the local entity in governance structures such as steering committees and progress meetings.
  • Identify, engage, and manage key local stakeholders, including management, business units, IT, and HR.
  • Align local expectations with the overall deployment objectives.
  • Oversee local data cleaning and migration activities in compliance with central guidelines.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of migrated data.
  • Guarantee that local regulatory and fiscal requirements are considered in the system rollout.
  • Supervise the creation and execution of end-to-end business acceptance test scenarios.
  • Ensure proper documentation of test results and timely reporting of issues.
  • Adapt and localize training materials; organize and lead end-user training sessions.
  • Support the update or creation of local SOPs.
  • Identify and address risks and deployment issues in coordination with the central Change Manager.
  • Monitor and manage resistance to change, facilitating user adaptation to new processes.
  • Gather feedback from users and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and develop local communication materials (e.g., newsletters, posters, info sessions).
  • Lead cutover and go-live support activities, including issue escalation and resolution.
  • Manage post-go-live (hypercare) support, collect feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Keep all local project documentation up to date.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in supporting international information systems (IS) deployments.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage local constraints, resources, and timelines within a global project structure.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to bridge local and central teams.
  • Demonstrated ability in change management and end-user adoption support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for resolving deployment issues.
  • Experience in writing training documentation and conducting user training sessions.
