Our client is recruiting for the position of HR System Administrator (M/F).



The Senior Systems Administrator will manage the technical administration of HR systems across various functions such as Talent, Total Rewards, and Payroll. They will lead and support technical projects, collaborate with HR, IS&T, and business partners, and serve as the Subject Matter Expert. This role involves troubleshooting, system implementation, driving conversions, and vendor liaison. Additionally, they will manage security roles, create policies, and ensure alignment with business needs, providing customer support and a service delivery model.


Responsibilities:

  • System Administration and Maintenance (30%): Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems, researching new technologies to improve business processes.
  • Project Management (20%): Lead technical Learning and Performance projects, coordinating with global teams and managing the entire project lifecycle.
  • Vendor Management (20%): Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, resolving technical issues and managing conversions.
  • System Alignment and Consultancy (15%): Ensure systems meet business needs and provide consultancy on the technical feasibility of training programs.
  • Support and Service Delivery (15%): Oversee the service model, provide technical support, and develop policies and procedures for system efficiency.
    

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree, or 3 years of relevant experience with functional expertise in lieu of degree.
  • Expert-level experience with enterprise software, preferably in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong background in project management, system implementation, and program administration, with HR expertise preferred.
  • Proficiency in coding (HTML, CSS, API, Java).

  • Experience with complex query building and advanced analysis.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Experience in process design, leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

  • Proven vendor relationship management experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Strong communication skills.
