Senior Data Analyst (M/F)

Our client is recruiting for the position of Senior Data Analyst (M/F).

This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support strategic decisions and optimize business processes. The role includes transforming raw data into actionable insights, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating in the identification of trends and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Create, restructure, and manage large volumes of data and systems, ensuring the accuracy and quality of information.

• Develop Power BI dashboards to present clear and actionable visualizations.

• Analyze complex data, identify patterns and trends, and present the results clearly to stakeholders.
• Filter, clean, and validate data, applying performance indicators to monitor and correct issues.
• Collaborate with management to identify and prioritize business and strategic information needs.

• Apply business logic to interpret data and provide relevant insights for business decisions.

• Continuously improve technical skills and explore new technologies to ensure technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields. Master's degree preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong experience in Power BI for data visualization and SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.

• Familiarity with data transformation tools (DBT, Databricks, etc.) and data governance.

• Solid understanding of statistical methods and analytical software.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, with a focus on business outcomes.

• Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
