Insurance Account Leader
§ Drive the sales strategy for insurance accounts
§ Lead and ensure successful delivery of programs/projects within the accounts
§ Ensure high client satisfaction through value contribution and successful project delivery demonstration
§ Drive Consultancy Sales and proactively create demand within the account, through active client engagement across the entire organization
§ Coordinate the sales process within the sales team.
§ Manage business development efficiency related to deals in the account.
§ Shape and close deals, working collaboratively with the Client Service Lead and LOBs’ Lead.
§ Provide oversight for the account’s most critical and/or complex opportunities:
- Identify and lead negotiations
- Contribute to management of client expectations by setting the initial expectations effectively
§ Drive cross-LOBs services sales within the account, defining sales strategies, capabilities and references to support the introduction and expansion of innovation, digital transformation, application development, maintenance and managed services of infrastructure
§ Close the loop by providing feedback to service and/or product offering teams around competitive intelligence and product/service innovation.
§ Bachelor or master degree on Technology related.
§ Familiar with international insurance companies working style and culture, ability to engage these stakeholders effectively
§ 10 years or more account leadership experience in IT or ICT services industry with 2-3 years or more sales experience focusing on key account. Sales and delivery team management experience with solid sales and project delivery performance.
§ Excellent professional business discipline
§ Key account/client domain knowledge
§ Ability to strategies sales strategy
§ Good sales acumen
§ Good Communication skills
§ Understand and ability to apply social styles technique to manage stakeholders
