Job summary
- Department Head Role.
- Oversee HK property development legal issues.
- Strong commercial sense and legal knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Review and advise on tender documents for land acquisitions & property development and redevelopment, loan documentation for development projects, construction contracts and construction legal issues as well as property management issues etc.
- Lead the DMC approval and pre-sale consent application process for development projects.
- Advise and monitor the compliance with terms of pre-sale consent and application of Certificate of Completion for development projects.
- Enforce company’s leasing and rental collection policy and lending policy etc. and take appropriate legal actions.
- Prepare legal documentation for acquisition and disposal of properties.
Requirements
- LLB and PCLL holder, preferably with more advanced education level such as LLM.
- PQE 15 years or above.
- Sound legal knowledge in areas related to Hong Kong property development, such as land acquisitions related legal support and pre-acquisition legal due diligence review, real estate conveyancing, first-hand sales, corporate finance and compliance issues etc.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese.
