Responsibilities

  • Consolidate EHS data and information from the main contractor (e.g., KPIs, photo samples, records, documents, reports) to compile, analyze, and produce a comprehensive weekly report.
  • The report should include, but not be limited to:
  • Monthly site safety work conducted by Senior Management.
  • Weekly site safety work conducted by the Project Manager.
  • HRA 3-week lookahead forecast.
  • Incident reporting and logs.
  • Analysis of irregularities.
  • KPI records, including accident statistics.
  • Incident investigation report and root cause analysis, if applicable.
  • Any other content required by the Employer and the tenant.
  • Prepare and deliver online presentations to the Employer and the tenant on construction health, safety, and environmental protection matters on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to safety and environmental aspects in Hong Kong.
  • Must be a registered safety officer in Hong Kong with basic environmental training.
  • Professional membership such as IOSH or registered safety auditor (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in property development.
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin proficiency.
