Responsibilities

  • Formulate overall strategy in line with company objectives, innovate and implement long term / tactical trade activities (offline and online), to support business development (volume, share, OI) and product launches.
  • Lead the team to understand consumers, product portfolio, retail trade based on market and trade insights, to support overall launch project delivery in terms of product staging, trade & consumer communications and commercial activation. Lead and drive national trade program, projects/initiatives to optimize return on investment, conduct post evaluation for key findings for way forward.
  • Support digitalization and ensure relevant engagement through the right Digital Trade Engagement platform content design, trans-creation and deployment.
  • Lead and orchestrate local Commercial Governance with proper cadence, facilitate decision-making and ensure timely follow-up across teams.
  • Ensure budget planning and management to ensure effective and efficient trade investment, in line with company policy and the law of the country.
  • Develop talents, lead people's performance and identify individual development needs/opportunities, to develop pipeline for longer term succession and ensure organization sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • With at least 8 years experiences in Business Management with strong business sense.
  • Experience in sizable MNCs, consumer goods and retails sector are advantage.
  • Strong business acumen and agility to understand business operations, insight and analytics.
  • Well-organized and with experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership skills and people management, and able to work with Commercial and cross-functions.
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
