Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales solutions and consultancy primarily focusing on work place software, ICT infrastructure product and services to MNC customers.
  • Lead a team of pre-sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to drive their professional growth and ensure their success.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and externa stakeholders, such as sales teams, delivery team, vendors, and external partners to deliver seamless and integrated solutions to customers with exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide innovative and competitive solutions to MNC customers.
  • Engage in the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to proposal preparation, technical presentations, and closing deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience on IT workplace solutions, with a focus on pre-sales and consultative selling preferred. Experience with MNC customers preferred.
  • Good experience in ICT solution, especially on the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Good communication and communication skill. Good command of English preferred.
