Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for formulating strategies and implementing programmes for driving customer experience and infrastructure development of the loyalty club website and mobile app for the Group.
  • To manage member acquisition, retention and engagement programmes, lead joint promotions with premium brands, launch member activities and strengthen presence on social media platforms.
  • To manage the corporate database and provide insights for enhancing the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, MIS, Communications or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 15 years of solid experience in marketing, brand management, project management, CRM, loyalty programme, partnership marketing with sizeable organisations, at least 8 years of which in CRM or loyalty programme management and marketing capacity.
  • Background from lead brands, retails, property and hospitality is highly regarded.
  • Creative and highly resourceful with effective strategic thinking, organisation, analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, in a dynamic environment and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Great people management skills and is able to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
