Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio strategy, direction, and development to continually capture market opportunities and leverage innovation to ensure sustainable business growth and alignment with overall strategy.
  • Develop pricing strategies in coordination with Finance and Commercial Planning.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and drive the portfolio performance.
  • Understand market trends and consumer behavior, identify market gaps, and develop product strategies to improve market share and brand volume.
  • By analyzing market feedback and working closely with Consumer Insights team, confirm the critical research needs, and generate action plans and initiatives for brand positioning improvement.
  • Lead go-to-market deployment planning & activations.
  • Lead and develop strategic planning in terms of category portfolio, pricing and promotion, and new product launches that support and introduce solutions in building and articulating key marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate new product introductions and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
  • Manage portfolio budgets effectively and provide valuable inputs during budget planning and review cycles.
  • Ensure that all brand activities follow local laws and company principles & practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, with experience in the FMCG industry being highly desirable.
  • Ability to develop networks and relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent analytical skills and good sense of business.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
