Job summary

Under the guidance of the company's wholesale business policy, guide the wholesalers store management, coordinate the wholesalers and the implementation of the brand headquarters business policies and other work.

在公司经销商业务方针的指导下,指导经销商的店铺经营管理,协调经销商和品牌总部各项经营政策的执行等工作

Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance of the company's wholesale business policy, skillfully conduct business negotiations and reach consensus on wholesale cooperation matters.
  • 在公司经销商业务方针的指导下,就经销商合作事务,有技巧的进行商业谈判并达成共识;
  • Providing effective guidance on wholesale business management, including merchandise analysis, retail campaigns, store management and other business assistance to promote the virtuous cycle of wholesale business.
  • 经销商业务管理的有效指导,包括商品分析,零售活动方案,店务管理等业务的辅助,促进批发业务的良性循环;
  • Regularly traveling for store visits to understand the business status of customer malls and providing professional trainings.
  • 定期出差巡店,了解客户商场的生意现状,给予有效的专业指导和培训;
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets set by the company for stocking, store opening and single store output, and analyzing and summarizing product orders after ordering.
  • 完成公司制定的月度、季度和年度进货、开店、单店产出指标,并对订货后的产品订单分析与总结;
  • Completing other tasks assigned by managers and meet the targets.
  • 完成上级布置的其他工作,并达到标准。

Requirements

  • More than 8 years in the fashion retail field, with experience in cross-regional wholesaler management, having supervised 30 stores or more.
  • 在零售领域从业8年以上,有跨区域经销商管理的经验,曾管辖店铺的数量在30个店铺以上;
  • Rich experience in terminal store management, able to provide effective guidance to wholesale business, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • 有丰富的终端店铺管理经验,能对经销商的业务进行有效的指导,优秀的沟通谈判能力;
  • Excellent goal management and time management skills, with a correct understanding of business operation goals and practical implementation.
  • 有优秀的目标管理和时间管理技能,对商业经营目标有正确的认识并切实执行;
  • Integrity and honesty, enthusiasm, and initiative, able to positively drive the team to achieve goals.
  • 正直诚信,热情主动,能积极正面地带动团队达成目标;
  • Good at planning and communication, able to handle the issues tactfully and appropriately.
