Job Summary

Senior Manufacturing Manager is to oversee the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Team and ensure optimal machine efficiency for supporting production. He/she will be involved in designing, developing, and implementing PM procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the PM team, ensuring compliance, safety, and adherence to best practices for PM procedures, including accurate completion of the PM program.
• Establish, implement, train, and monitor maintenance guidelines for the PM teams, emphasizing safety on the job and during PM activities.
• Foster a culture of safety by educating personnel on safety standards, expectations, and safe equipment operation.
• Create and manage a computerized preventive maintenance program to input PM orders, track their status, and monitor completion.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive parts list for each piece of equipment, plan maintenance schedules, and implement preventive maintenance strategies using MTTF techniques rather than reactive measures.
• Generate and maintain reports, including downtime and machine efficiency reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with a strong technical background in Mechanics, Electrical, or Automation.
• 10 years of manufacturing experience, specifically in operating automation machinery on-site.
• Design skills in electric and tool/mold is a must, along with knowledge of metalworking and tool making.
• Experience in leadership and management
• Good communication skills, fluent in both English and Chinese.
