Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, aligned with overall marketing innovation objectives, company visions and business goals.
  • Understand user pain points, drive the digital engagement strategies, and make plans for continuous improvement and enhancement.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives and campaigns effectively.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the digital platform, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, search engines, and mobile responsiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship management (CRM) and Sales Analytics tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
