Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for establishing the companys cost control system based on the companys development strategy.
  • Organize and formulate rules and regulations for company operation and management, considering the company's business development and the operations of each department.
  • Decompose the key points of cost control for each department and project and develop cost control assessment standards for them.
  • Implement an early warning mechanism for cost targets and monitor the dynamic management of costs across departments and projects, ensuring overall work coordination.
  • Prepare dynamic cost management assessment reports, ensuring cost accuracy, and providing timely feedback to the company on abnormal cost changes, while suggesting cost warnings.
  • Organize regular market research by various departments to stay updated on market trends and cost information, effectively controlling production costs and increasing corporate profits.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits and controls of the company's major operating activities, major projects, and major economic contracts.
  • Organize and oversee enterprise subcontract settlement, review, and payment, conduct inspections, and guide change negotiations.
  • Ad hoc project as assigned by the group chairman and CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in accounting, design management, engineering management or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in cost control management, with at least 3 years of experience in cost budgeting or project management, preferably in large commercial projects.
  • A registered engineer or holding intermediate technical titles is preferred.
  • Possess a strong understanding of cost control concepts in property development and a solid foundation in professional theory.
  • Familiarity with engineering technology and proficiency in project cost and fine decoration management.
  • Knowledgeable about budget settlement systems, contract systems, bidding systems, and full-process control and review of project development costs.
  • Familiarity with national decoration project quality and safety standards, relevant laws, and project management processes.
  • Proficiency in budget and settlement management, with strong communication, coordination, and overall planning capabilities, as well as excellent planning and execution skills.
  • Mature thinking, stable, meticulousness, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Shows loyalty to professional ethics, possesses good expression skills, and can handle pressure effectively.
