Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR and office admin functions including recruitment, payroll, performance review and maintain updated employees records etc.
  • Review and improve operational procedures.
  • To handle billing and credit control independently.
  • Liaise and negotiate with external service providers.
  • Assist in various internal and external functions organizations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration.
  • Legal sector or other professional background preferred.
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Mature, independent, strong problem-solving skills, positive can-do attitude.
