Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying, evaluating, forecasting, and championing opportunities to the current portfolio and future pipeline.
  • Responsible to develop and manage key accounts by conducting sales visits and products presentation.
  • Effectively position the business unique value proposition in a highly competitive market.
  • Closely monitor competitors sales activities, which will include their market share/penetration, pricing, promotion, product offering, etc. and develop marketing strategies to compete in the identified markets.
  • Establishing and building good relationships with the existing customers and develop new relationships with new prospective clients.
  • Support and shape deal strategy to create new opportunities.
  • Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
  • Monitor customers credit facilities to ensure prompt payment.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to devise and implement new ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Actively coach, support, and lead a sales organization around account coverage, demand generation and opportunity execution in collaboration with the wider business.
  • Understand and have exposure in working in international company.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years experience as a Sales Leader. Successfully selling solutions at C-Level.
  • Have strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accountability in a high growth environment.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • A strong understanding of the local market and a passion to innovate.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
