Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential building.
• Liaising with residents in all matters related to property management.
• Supervising estate management teams to provide a full range of services of the highest standard.

Requirements

• University graduate or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of oral and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
• Proficient in Building Management Ordinances and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance is an advantage.

• Strong Customer Service experience in leadership role.
