Responsibilities

  • Develop annual marketing plans to achieve sales, profitability and market share target for brands/product groups assigned.
  • Proper management of A&P budget for brands/product group assigned.
  • Plan and implement the marketing campaigns in different media platform and sales programs to strengthen the brand image.
  • Support product development initiatives.
  • Participate proactively in channel sales development and trade program support to achieve business goals.
  • Review sales trends, provide up to date sales and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trend of the brand performance, customer requirements and competitor activities.
  • Perform sales forecast and inventory planning for assigned products.
  • Conducting consumer research studies to support business developments.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the marketing team.

Requirements

  • University degree in marketing or business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience gained in consumer products/FMCG.
  • Solid experience on brand management, new product development, and business analysis.
  • Thorough knowledge of product characteristics, sales and marketing procedures.
  • Experience working with advertising/research agencies in marketing activities development.
  • With excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving capability.
  • Detail-oriented, passionate, self-motivated, well-organized & able to work independently.
