Responsibilities

  • To lead and drive L&D function at group level (except hotel properties),
  • A team of 6 at the moment, will add 2 more headcount to 8;
  • Current L&D function cover (1) property management staff around 6-7,000 (customer service, manner, language skill, etc) (2) Office staff training for general staff and managers level and (3) Management Trainee Program and Engineer Trainee Program;
  • Had launched training apps for a year or so for front line staff;
  • Key responsibility of this role is to manage the L&D activities to ensure smooth execution and delivery. Additionally, the ability to bring L&D to a strategic level with new TD concept and program.

Requirements

  • At least 20 years in L&D, not less than minimum of 8 year in a leading role in sizeable organization;
  • Excellent execution skill with strategic thinking;
  • Adaptability and flexibility working is required in a traditional working culture environment;
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders at all levels, especially excellent communication skill with owners of the company.
