Job Summary
To support the definition and implementation of the APAC business strategy; developing the direct wholesale operating model in APAC and the distributor business through successful implementation of sales best practices and operational needs.

Responsibilities
Sales:

  • To manage and lead the GTM process of key accounts across the region by executing the implementation of the APAC strategic sales initiatives to maximize sustainable and quality sell-through with the accounts; ensure relevant reporting and monitoring of Sales KPIs and forecasting to harmonize the commercial efforts and drive business transparency and standardization.

Strategy:

  • Drive the development and evolution of commercial and market growth strategies in close cooperation with the General Manager APAC.

Product:

  • Work closely with product to define range segmentations to SKU efficiency with the specific positioning of the individual accounts and across all direct accounts in the region.

Network:

  • Build a network acting as focal point for local markets, global functions and other key support functions to ensure identification of relevant projects.

Team:

  • To manage and guide the customer service team in conjunction with the priorities and best ways of working.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, understanding of IT and Finance.
  • 8 years of work experience in consumer goods, FCMG or textile sector.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Strategic business focus and drive for results.
  • Organizational awareness, planning & organizing.
  • Well-versed in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
