Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through full-cycle sales management, including prospecting, presenting value propositions, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Coordinate sales activities with partners, consultants, distributors, and resellers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system to ensure effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, deal history tracking, and competitive analysis for reporting.
  • Identify and develop potential partners, organizing relevant product sales and technical training to ensure their success.
  • Understand partners business needs, qualify opportunities, and address prospect objections effectively.
  • Support partners sales processes, ensuring they actively promote the company's solutions to end users and successfully close deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with knowledge of Citrix, VMware and cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing medium and large enterprise, consistently meeting sales quota.
  • Expertise in prospecting, qualifying, developing, managing and closing business with complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills with a strong ability to actively listen and determine customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment and adapting to evolving roles and responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Demonstrated work stability.
