Position Summary

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of support to the Business Services team, while presenting King & Wood in a highly professional manner to employees, clients, suppliers and others.

Key Accountabilities

  • Mail distribution and couriers
  • Photocopying and binding
  • Prepare boardrooms for meetings and seminars
  • Provide assistance to team mates and various teams as required, including moving and delivering boxes and/or heavy materials
  • Maintain a professional office environment

Knowledge

  • Customer service principles and practice
  • Commitment to the delivery of quality services in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Basic computer skills
