Funds Associate

Position Summary

As an experienced Associate you will have the opportunity to build a successful career in an achievement orientated yet supportive environment. You may be working in a similar commercial law firm and enjoy the challenge of taking on some matters autonomously, seeking guidance and support as required.

Experience in asset management, retail funds, funds compliance and regulations and general corporate matters, excellent analytical and communication skills, and an ability to produce commercially astute advice is required to effectively support client's needs in this role.

Qualification & Knowledge

You will have:

• 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Admitted in Hong Kong or common law jurisdiction
• Solid Funds related work including retail funds and private funds
• Experience in regulatory and compliance and general corporate matters
• Ability to build client relationships
• Team player: work effectively with partners and juniors in the team
• Commercial awareness and drafting skills required
• Fluency in English (spoken; reading and writing is essential), Mandarin strongly preferred
