Training Officer
About the job Training Officer
An International Insurance Company, providing one-stop risk- and wealth-management services with her scope of business ranges from insurance, investment, and retirement to MPF. To cope with her business expansion, they are looking for dynamic and highly motivated Training Professional to join their training team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & design comprehensive training programs and activities for the Agency force or Partnership Distribution Channel
- Deliver both new and ongoing product training sessions to improve sales skills across a range of insurance products.
- Develop training resources and e-learning content in various formats, including video editing and interactive modules.
- Offer training support for programs such as IIQE, CPD, New Agent Training, Team Building, etc.
- Coordinate training arrangements for strategic partners, such as onboarding for new agents, new product launch and CPD, etc.
- Maintain and update e-learning courses on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Keep accurate training records and compile detailed reports on training activities
- Evaluate sales processes and operational guidelines to ensure optimal efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in agency training or distribution training.
- Possess insurance-related qualifications e.g., IIQE Paper I, III & V, FLMI, etc.
- Good knowledge of insurance products and distribution channels
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin Application of AI in training is an Asset
