Sales Manager for Bancassurance

A fast-growing Insurance Company is looking for a high-calibre Sales in managing Bancassurance for Macau Region.

Responsibilities:

• Drive bancassurance business and support bank partners in achieving sales target

• Provide on-site sales support to bancassurance business such as handling new business applications and post-sales service administration

• Plan & execute Sales Incentive Campaigns and Marketing Activities for Bank Partners

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with 3 years experience in insurance sales support

• Excellent knowledge in insurance products

• IIQE Paper I & III passed

• Proven success in driving sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

• Outgoing, independent and customer-oriented

• Proficient in both written English and Chinese

• Frequent travel to Macau is a MUST or Macau resident is preferred
