A fast-moving local Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre Branch Manager to oversee several Customer Service Centres.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the sales targets of Customer Service Centres, manage its P&L and prepare sales & budget plans
  • Lead the team to achieve the business targets and provide sales team management and coach account managers to develop relevant knowledge and skills
  • Manage the Customer Service Officers of those Centres to maintain service excellence
  • Build the process and formulate procedures of those Centres to ensure the smooth operations
  • Build various systems on sales support, training and coaching to Customer Service Officers
  • Monitor sales and operation functions to ensure all business activities comply with internal and external regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics & Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Over 5 years of working experience in insurance sales or management of customer service centre
  • Possess insurance related qualifications e.g., IIQE Paper I & III, FLMI, etc.
  • High level of integrity and honesty
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to build sound relationship with brokers
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
