A fast-moving local Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre Branch Manager to oversee several Customer Service Centres.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales targets of Customer Service Centres, manage its P&L and prepare sales & budget plans
- Lead the team to achieve the business targets and provide sales team management and coach account managers to develop relevant knowledge and skills
- Manage the Customer Service Officers of those Centres to maintain service excellence
- Build the process and formulate procedures of those Centres to ensure the smooth operations
- Build various systems on sales support, training and coaching to Customer Service Officers
- Monitor sales and operation functions to ensure all business activities comply with internal and external regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics & Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- Over 5 years of working experience in insurance sales or management of customer service centre
- Possess insurance related qualifications e.g., IIQE Paper I & III, FLMI, etc.
- High level of integrity and honesty
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills
- Ability to build sound relationship with brokers
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
