(Assistant) Human Resources Manager, HRIS (Banking)

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a professional Human Resources Manager (HRIS) for her Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the HR information systems
  • Record and process employee information including annual leave, salaries, and working hours
  • Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS
  • Provide Support to the HRIS project and related tasks
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data
  • Work alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements
  • Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation
  • Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department
  • Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
  • Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll systems
  • Knowledgeable in Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
  • Candidate will less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
