Contract IT Project Associate, Collection (Banking)

(1-year contract, subject to renew)

A reputable China-based Bank with its Group Company listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre IT Project Associate in Collection.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the new line construction of the collection office's own management system, such as collection process management
  • Responsible for the analysis of business requirements (including: the formulation of various functions, processes, business rules, parameters, reports/data analysis, compliance requirements, etc.)
  • Responsible for the daily contact and coordination with the project team and other related units
  • Responsible for the confirmation and inspection of the rules for migrating business data from the old system to the new system
  • Responsible for system functional testing, user acceptance and delivery, including writing cases, preparing test data and writing test reports
  • Responsible for production drills and post-production business problem management
  • Draft and organize system-related business management measures/operation rules

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Risk Management or relevant discipline
  • At least 4 years or above relevant working experience in banking industry (e.g., collection/asset preservation, risk management)
  • With experience in handling system construction, testing/acceptance
  • Excellent skills in business requirements analysis and banking management system
  • Good knowledge on collection/asset preservation business process
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, energetic and self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skills and flexible
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
  • Strong analytical mind, independent, good problem-solving and multi-tasks handling ability
