Assistant Manager, Agency Distribution (Insurance)

A reputable China-based Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre Agency Development Manager to drive Agency business.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and work with Agency and Distribution management team, to develop and implement the sales strategy in achieving an assigned sales target for our Company Agency

• Comply with Company and regulatory standard and policies for promoting sales

• Perform sales performance analysis to Distribution Management team and provide sound recommendation in business and initiatives

• Assist and provide necessary sales services to our Company Agency, including conduct field training workshops for selling techniques, product features and sales negotiation etc.

• Follow up policy services pro-actively from Agency, including resolving issue from underwriting policy and policy claims etc.

• Liaise with Contract team and Compensation team for daily operations, including system enhancement, contracting process and payment process, etc.

• Establish strong influencing and reliable relationship with our Company Agency and Distribution management team.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance or banking industry in sales field

• Strong problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills

• Good team player, matured and able to work under pressure & independently

• Good in office application software, including Excel and PowerPoint

• Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese and Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer Level
