Human Resources Officer (Banking)

A reputable China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Human Resources Officer to support her HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Section of Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall HR functions in the Department
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding operation functions of the Bank
  • Performs all spectrum of recruiting high caliber qualified employees for achieving the manpower planning of the Bank
  • Act as business partner for responsible functions from daily HR operations to provision of professional HR advice for alignment of business objectives with staff and management
  • As a HR Business Partner, provide HR advice and support for the user departments
  • Provide general HR Support for HR Department

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions but HR Practitioners from other industries, such as Hotel, Retail or FMCG industries are welcome
  • Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer Level
