Business Development Manager (Greater Bay Area)

A Fast-growing Company is looking for an aggressive Business Development Manager to develop Education & Recruitment Services in Greater Bay Area.

Responsibilities:

• § Generate client and develop education & talent acquisition services in Greater Delta Area

• § Generate lead generation on sales and client development

• § Approach new clients, make impressive presentation and close the deals

• § Maintain good client relationship and further explore the needs on Education & Talent Acquisition Services

• § Prepare & Negotiate the terms & conditions of Service Agreement and execute the terms & conditions Service Agreement

• § Work with the Consulting Team to execute the terms & fulfill clients needs

• § Design and conduct risk-based trainings to the business partners and Executives

• § Conduct regular reviews with clients and make continuous improvements

• § Support any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management

Requirements:

• § Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems or related disciplines

• § Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, customer service, marketing or related areas

• § Aggressive in sales & business development with outgoing & outreaching characters

• § Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

• § Excellent presentation and selling skills

• § Proven track record in project management and change management

• § Excellent command in both Putonghua & English (native Mandarin speakers and IANG graduates preferred)

• § Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager Level
