(Senior) Officer, Loans & Operations (Banking)

A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is looking for an Operations Officer to join her Loans & Credit Operations for handling the loan creation and disbursement of vehicle finance & commercial loan and other related processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle loan creation and disbursement processing of vehicle finance & commercial loan.

• Liaise with branches and departments to follow up on drawdown documents or special approval

• Arrange set-up of direct debit authorization of vehicle finance accounts.

• Perform loan documentation checking to ensure documents are completed and appropriate for drawdown processing.

• Liaise with related Account Officers to rectify any exceptions or deviations of loan documents.

• Update and maintain CCRA system records with related parties.

• Perform day-end reconciliation and prepare a report to supervisor for approval.

• Prepare MIS report and participate in project or system enhancement.

• Take up any ad hoc assignments from the Supervisor / Manager

Requirements:

• University degree, major in Banking or Finance is preferred

• Minimum 3 years experience in loans operations

• Good interpersonal, communication skills and PC skills

• Good team player and detail-oriented

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer, Loans, and Credit Operations.
