Project Manager, Financial Management System (Banking)

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a professional Project Manager on Financial Management System.

Responsibilities:

• Support Asset & Liability Management projects

• Collect and analyze user requirements, and propose feasible solutions to address the business needs

• Identify user requirements, data processing, and assumptions analysis. Communicate and follow up with IT Department on the progress and training issues

• Analyze financial data and optimize end user processes

• Responsible for data quality and integrity maintenance

• Responsible for workflow/operation manual documentation

• Perform reviews on regular basis and raise change requests on a timely basis to enhance information management

• Assist to implement and control on project related issues as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma major in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information systems, or related disciplines

• Exposure in Asset & Liability Management/MIS/Financial Management system maintenance will be an advantage

• Experience in Bank Data Management from the user side and well understanding of the core banking business operations is preferable

• Experience in project implementation, involve in user requirement scoping and documentation, User Acceptance Test (UAT) with test cases preparation and confirmation preferred

• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, creative, and critical mindset, with the ability to work under a tight schedule

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Familiar with MS Office, such as MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
