(Senior) Cyber Security Manager (Banking)

A reputable China-based Bank with its Group Company listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre talent for Information and Technology Security Management.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate technology related risk management strategies, processes and work plans
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to meet regulatory requirements and cyber security standards
• Identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report technology risk and issue

• Review IT initiatives from technology risk perspectives and provide advisory and recommendation

• Research and evaluate on latest security threats and Cyber Security Intelligence

• Manage cyber security projects for the Design, development and implementation
• Continuously monitor and track the status and progress made on technology risk and issues, mitigation and resolution measurements.
• Liaise with different teams and departments to develop mitigation measurements

• Liaise with HKMA to ensure the technology risk management compliance with related regulatory requirements
• Follow up and liaise with IT, Business, Compliance and Regulator on key IT incidents
• Support periodic review and assessment on technology risk areas, including IT Outsourcing, DR, BCP, and Monitoring and Controls.
• Provide advice in banking application security, including latest cyber security trends and threats; cryptography, OTP, DDos, IP Spoofing and DLP

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Computer Studies, Information Technology, Business or relevant disciplines with relevant professional qualifications
• At least 5 years of related experience on Cyber Security, IT Risk, IT Compliance, IT Audit or relevant areas in the Financial Services industry

• Experience in technology risk management and understanding of HKMA requirements
• Experience in managing vulnerability scanning, penetration test, code scanning and technology risk assessment

• Holders of CISA, CISM, CISSP or related certifications is a distinct advantage
• Big 4 or professional firms experience is a distinct advantage
• Good experience in team and stakeholder management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager level
• Candidates with IT Audit, Technology risk relevant experience will also consider
