A fast-moving local Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre Director to assistance the Head of Agency Administration to oversee the Function. Reporting to the Head of Agency Administration, the incumbent has to manage all agency sales & support functions of Agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach the team to review and perform due diligence for the agency administration by complying with the company and regulatory policies and/or guidelines.
  • Monitor all the process & procedures of agency administration functions with proper and effective control
  • Drive new initiatives, such as review & revamp agency compensation & benefits, sales support, etc.
  • Enhance the process/system and internal operating procedures for improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the daily operations
  • Assist the Head of Agency Administration Department to monitor the budget and cost for sales channels
  • Prepare, review and update all contracts and agreements of sales channels
  • Work in conjunction with Compliance / Legal / Internal Audit Departments to establish proper and effective governance and control mechanism for the daily operating process/procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics & Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Over 8 years relevant working experience in insurance business with knowledge in all kinds of agency administration functions, in which at least 3 years in managerial roles of
  • Familiar with the Agency Administration Functions of Insurance Industry
  • Thorough understand the agency administration, sales support and agency compensation
  • Good analytical skills and data management analytical tools
  • Good leadership skills & Attentive to details
  • Fast-learner and good team-player
  • Able to work independently and to meet tight deadline.
  • Excellent planning and interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
