(Assistant) e-banking Manager (Banking)

A fast-growing local Bank with strong presence across Hong Kong, China & overseas is looking for a high-calibre e-banking Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in developing new products and services on e-banking channel to enhance customer experience

• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to facilitate formulation of business plans and development of e-banking monitoring and evaluation

• Monitor project life cycle including preparation of user requirements, collaboration with internal and external partners for User Acceptance Test, training, execution of marketing campaigns and production support

• Analyze and optimize products/services workflows and systems to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency

• Assist to review, update and write-up of internal operations procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor' degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines

• At least 3 years' solid experience in Retail / Corporate Banking business, preferably with exposure on Online Financial Product / Service

• Proven experience in product development and project management

• Good knowledge on e-banking products/services and related regulatory requirements is an advantage

• Self-motivated, creative and analytical minded

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing

• Title & offer commensurate with previous package & experience
