About the job Manager, Customer Information Maintenance
A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is looking for an Operation Manager to join her Customer Information Maintenance Department in Operations Division to support credit approval and application collection for card products.
Responsibilities:
- Act as team supervisor for supporting staff to provide high-quality services on processing functions for credit card products
- Review existing work procedures to enhance efficiency in daily operations, including but not limited to fraud detection and AML name screening
- Escalate to superior any irregular events timely
- Involves in projects related to the section/department and prepared/reviewed covering the provision of user requirements and participation in UAT
- Train up the new joiner(s) or transfer the skill of new features to peers
- Review workflow and provide ideas for re-engineering process efficiency and effectiveness
- Update department operations manual/terminal guideline(s)
- Perform any job assigned by the superior, which is within the scope of the position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor holders with 3 years of experience at supervisory level in banking operations
- Good knowledge of banking operations and customer requirements
- Experienced in Fintech will be an advantage
