A fast-moving local Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre Manager to oversee sales compensation & management policy.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Head of Sales Compensation Management to support Chief Distribution Officer in overseeing sales compensation and management policy
- Monitor compensation in relation to sales and distribution metrics and provide insights based on productivity and quality of business in different channels. Identify improvement areas and to lead uplifting initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to recommend directions for new strategies/ initiatives
- Lead a small team in developing and implementing those strategies/ initiatives.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 years in compensation design, payment, or sales promotion, campaign management, particularly in agency business
- Strong with numbers and analytical skills, be open for technologies, and requires good communication skills all around.
- Solid experience in business analysis, planning, coordination and execution in project environment
- Good problem-solving skills with strategic thinking minded
- Good communications, interpersonal & leadership skills who can influence stakeholders as well as collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
- Experience in Global & Regional work setting is a plus
