Senior Manager, Head of HR (Licensed Corporation)

A full Licensed Corporation, covering RA1, 2, 4, 5 & 9 is looking for the Head of Human Resources to oversee HR function and assist the CEO to drive HR Strategies and Initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • As the Head of Human Resources, manage and oversee all aspects of HR functions and support all departments in hiring, Business Partner, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Manager and Staff Relations, etc.
  • As a Business Partner, work closely with Business Units in all HR issues and identify KPIs for Business Units
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, ensuring HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify workforce needs, succession planning, and drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support business objectives and employee engagement
  • Drive HR digital transformation initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in HR leadership roles, preferably in licensed corporations and financial services with China & regional exposure an advantage
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams to achieve organizational objectives
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives and actions.
  • Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
