Contract Talent Acquisition Manager (Banking)
A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a professional Talent Acquisition Manager for her Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a recruitment manager focus on experienced hire of different business lines
- Provide a full range of recruitment support and administrative services including but not limited to arrangement of the posting of job advertisements, assessment and selection, etc.
- Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends & Business Partner Service
- Manage and work with recruitment agencies for specialist and secondment placements
- Develop and utilize different channels / platforms for employer branding and talent sourcing
- Handle related on-boarding issues and perform reference check
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
- Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application
- Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
- One-year and subject to renew and Retirees are welcome
