About the job Accounting & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Support general bookkeeping and handle daily accounting functions such as accounting entries, AP & AR, prepare cheques, invoices, petty cash, etc
  • Perform documents checking, data entries, payments, filing, bank reconciliation and general clerical & office administrative support
  • Provide general HR support
  • Handle other ad hoc assignments and office administration works
  • Report to seniors


Requirements:

  • LCCI Inter or diploma in accountancy disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years solid experience in related field
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proactive, willing to learn and detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure & independently and to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook Express) and Chinese Word Processing
