Job Description

Responsibilities:

To handle daily settlement operations including securities, fixed income, corporate actions and other Exchange/CCASS operations

Monitor day to day settlement procedures

Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant external regulators and in-house policies

Draft and review the settlement manuals

Assist in system modification and UAT testing

Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

Degree holder or above

At least 3 years relevant experience in settlement operations in securities industry

Familiar with CCASS operations

Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

Self-motivated, be responsible and able to work independently

Good interpersonal and communications skills

Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
