Marketing Manager (Bancassurance)

An International Insurance Company, providing one-stop risk- and wealth-management services with her scope of business ranges from insurance, investment, and retirement to MPF. To cope with her business expansion, they are looking for result-driven and highly motivated Bancassurance Professional to join their Team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales and marketing materials for the promotion of insurance products

• Drive sales by designing incentives and related campaigns

• Assist the Head to implement the marketing plan

• Account management of existing bank partners, including maintaining a good relationship, driving new initiatives, implementing effective sales campaigns, ensuring bank partners are in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Assist Department Head in identifying new business opportunities/partnerships and executing the required action plans

• Support multi-distribution channels of bank partners, including face-to-face selling, digital distribution and telemarketing

• Liaise with internal departments to provide various support for bank partners

• Preparing business proposals and presentations

• Perform business analytics and regular reports

• Keep abreast of competitor movement, digital and market trends

Requirements:

• University degree with 10 years experience in bancassurance account management or business development

• Strong knowledge of insurance products, sales promotion plan, marketing campaigns

• Strong interpersonal skills and articulate well with both external and internal stakeholders

• Sound problem solving skills with a strong drive to deliver business results

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager level
