Assistant Windsurfing Coach 助理滑浪風帆教練

THE JOB

Reporting to the Windsurfing Coach under the oversight of the Head Windsurfing Coach, the Assistant Windsurfing Coach will be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate, design and implement training programmes for elite athletes in Hong Kong;
• Fully utilize and integrate scientific, medical and other athlete support services into the elite training programme to enhance elite youth training outcomes;
• Assist with the administration and coordination of logistics, accounting, coaching and team resources related to local and overseas squad training and competitions.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or post-secondary Certificate/ Diploma, or its equivalent;
• Holder of a valid coaching certificate issued by the relevant governing body;
• A minimum of 2 years professional coaching experience in Windsurfing;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• High level of computer literacy; and
• Awareness/ knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.

主要職責

在滑浪風帆總教練的監督下，助理滑浪風帆教練須向滑浪風帆教練匯報工作情況，其職責詳列如下：

• 負責籌劃、設計及執行香港滑浪風帆青少年運動員調練計劃；
• 在進行青少年訓練計劃時，善用所有運動科學、醫療及其他為運動員而設的支援服務，以加強訓練成果；及
• 在安排運動員於本地及海外集訓或比賽時，須協助統籌有關行政管理、後勤、會計及資源分配等工作。

職位要求

• 大學學位或大專證書/文憑，或同等學歷；
• 持有由相關管理機構頒發的教練証書資歷；
• 具備最少兩年滑浪風帆專業教練經驗；
• 具備良好溝通能力及人際關係；
• 熟悉電腦操作；及
• 認識香港保護兒童及平等機會政策為佳。
