THE JOB
Reporting to the Human Resources Officer (Appointment), the Human Resources Assistant (Appointment) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide administration support in recruitment and appointment related matters such as advertisement preparation, interview arrangement, work visa application/extension, contract renewal, annual appraisal exercise, training and development programme;
- Maintain and update personnel records in HRIS;
- Assist in annual staff cost budget;
- Prepare financial statistics and reports;
- Assist in ad-hoc/regular project; and
- Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants should have: (1) a minimum of 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 HKDSE subjects with at least Level 2 or equivalent, including English, Chinese and Mathematics; or (2) any post secondary qualification;
- Possess certificate/ diploma in human resources management or related discipline;
- Strong knowledge and application in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations;
- Strong in numeracy and good communication skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage; and
- Proficient in HRIS system and MS-Excel.
