Job Summary:

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure the efficient and timely production of goods. You will work closely with the production team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate production equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines

- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient and timely production

- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes

- Keep accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns to the production manager

- Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge of production processes

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred

- Knowledge of production equipment operation and maintenance

- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and manuals

- Basic math and computer skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
