Job Summary

*Proficiency in English is a must and conversational Japanese is beneficial

*Must have Japanese citizenship or Eligible 'Work in Japan permit' / COE holder

Join our At Your Service team where you will be the central point of contact for guest requests and inquiries. Your ability to anticipate needs and provide prompt solutions will enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Operate the hotel switchboard, process guest wake-up calls, and direct calls to the appropriate departments with efficiency and professionalism. Accurately receive, record, and relay messages, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution of guest requests. Log and track all service requests using the property's system, coordinating with relevant teams such as Bell Services, Housekeeping, and Engineering to provide seamless service. Offer detailed information about room features, hotel amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Assist with processing room service orders, providing menu recommendations, and recording transactions in the point-of-sale system.
