REVENUE MANAGER


Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team. As Manager of Revenue, your primary responsibility will be to lead and implement strategic market pricing and revenue management initiatives for our rebranding hotel.
  • 10 hotels of HMI Hotel Group will be rebranded as international hotel chain brands in 2025-2026.

Responsiblilities:

  • Analyze market trends and competitive performance
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR
  • Collaborate with hotel teams on revenue initiatives
  • Implement and adjust sales strategies based on market conditions
  • Monitor and manage room rates and inventory
  • Complete monthly revenue projections Execute promotions, programs, and packages Critique property revenue performance
  • Design and Implement all strategies to maximize Revenue and Co-ordinate with other departments to achieve the targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or relevant field. Study of Revenue Management is preferable.
  • Excellent understanding and implementation of Revenue concepts, Yield Management etc. Good Understanding of Marketing and Financial Principles.
  • Proficiency in Computer Systems and Software.
  • Over 5 years of Experience in Revenue Management.
  • Strong Communication and Organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English.

Benefits

  • Salary range for this position is between 400,000 YEN to 580,000 YEN/-P.M.
